Our ambition is to restore all the buildings and houses on the estate, while developing facilities for guests and owners. Since 2006, 24 gîtes have found a new owner. By selling completed projects, we are able to launch new ones.

Buying a house at Domaine d’Essendiéras is similar to buying any other house in France. We sell restored houses with plots ranging from 700 to 3000 m². Each house is fully furnished and is currently rented out as a holiday home. Our current offering mainly comprises renovation and new-build projects. In addition, you will also find houses that we are offering on behalf of existing owners.

If the property is primarily an investment for you, we suggest that you rent it for a fixed annual sum. You will then only be able to use the house for a limited number of weeks each year.

However, most owners wish to stay in the property between 6 and 12 weeks a year. During periods when the owner is not using the house, we rent it out as best we can. We look after the property, maintain the garden and pool and organise the administration. We pay all bills and taxes and transfer the balance to the owner at the end of the season.

The return on investment varies depending on how the house is used. But our experience is that in almost all cases, the annual cost of your second home is covered. So you, your family and your friends can enjoy your holiday home with complete peace of mind.

In recent years, all renovated houses have found a new owner. That’s why we currently work mainly on renovation and new construction projects in collaboration with the future owners. The Pépinière is an example of a recently completed renovation project and La Buissonnière of a new construction project.

Renovation – La Cerise

In 2023, we completed the first renovated gîte in the hamlet of ‘La Cerise’, on the north side of the estate. Here, there are still several existing houses with beautiful stonework in need of complete renovation.

In many cases, we carry out the renovation work directly with the new owner. We then sell the property in its current state, with a beautiful plot of land and a renovation plan tailored to the tastes and wishes of the new owner. We supervise these projects and deliver the property on a turnkey basis. If necessary, we can of course take care of running the new gîte afterwards.

New buildings – La Guichardie

We have already built several new “old-style” houses. We have a limited number of building plots located in “La Guichardie”. We have already delivered Maison la Vallée and Maison Wallon is currently under construction. From this unique location, each property benefits from a magnificent view. If you want to design your second home with complete freedom, this is a unique opportunity.

Over the next few years, we also plan to build the next 9-hole section to create a full 18-hole golf course. Permits have already been issued and, with the growth of the Club and the arrival of new owners, the economic tipping point is in sight.
