Maison Guichardie is located in a small hamlet called La Guichardie, in the centre of the estate.
From the covered terrace, you have a breathtaking view of the golf course and the Châteaux.
The gîte has a living area with exposed stonework, a fireplace and an open-plan kitchen. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and a gas cooker with oven.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with en suite bathroom, and upstairs there are three further bedrooms, three bathrooms and a small children’s room. Each room is decorated like a small hotel room, with its own TV connection and private bathroom with WC.
Use of the swimming pool is reserved exclusively for residents of Maison Guichardie and Gîtes Guichardie. The swimming pool (6 x 12 m) is open and heated from mid-May to mid-September. It meets all safety standards. 20% of the pool property belongs to this estate.
