Appreciated for its warm atmosphere, this villa is spacious and will offer you a calm environment with breathtaking views on the golf course, the castles and the valley.
Subtle decoration, noble materials such as stone and wood, are the reflection of a certain comfort.
The house has been designed to be as functional as it is pleasant to live in: a large American kitchen open to a dining area overlooking the living room.
The house has 4 bedrooms with large double beds, two of which are located on the ground floor. Upstairs, a new relaxation area awaits young and old, one of which is composed of an extra bunk bed that will delight the children.
For comfort day and night, each room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs, the master bedroom also has a bathtub.
The villa is equipped with floor heating and a fireplace.
A large terrace, which will allow you to enjoy lunch breaks, before letting yourself be tempted by the private swimming pool, heated from May to September.
